As someone with learning differences, I've always been passionate about helping others with similar experiences. It's long been a focus of my career, and is why I'm honored to serve on the Board of the Learning Disabilities Association (LDA) of Washington.
As a veteran educator and counselor, I've had the opportunity to work with local youth as a Lake Washington School District Elementary School Counselor, an LDA Program Director, a social worker for high-risk youth, a Facilitator for Aspiring Youth, and through my own Bellevue-based private practice, PALSS — all of which have helped inform and mold my approach to coaching and counseling.
After 20 years on the Seattle side, I moved to Bainbridge Island in 2016 with my husband and two energetic boys — something of a homecoming, as I grew up here. During my spare time, I enjoy creating art with my children, exploring, volunteering, cooking, getting messy in the garden, and traveling with my family.
